“A recent report from an ICANN working group called for new domain names to be carefully regulated, and that names should be censored according to ‘legal norms relating to morality and public order’, ruling out rude, abusive or culturally sensitive words.”

We should’ve known this was coming. Women’s rights groups, religious sects, the political left, the political right, citizen action groups, corporate lobbists; they will all be getting into censoring the domain names as well as the TLDs.

I’m waiting now for MothersAgainst-dotXXX.com to show up on Technorati. lol
